Every man desires better sex, but many fail to have it, even though all it will take them is having simple tips on what to do. Much had been said about various ways that exercise can help to improve human health but not much attention had been placed on aspect of having better sex.
Those who exercise regularly have greater sexual interest and better sexual functioning. Ok, we don’t know if this is true for everyone. There is so much more research on exercise and sex for men, but there are indications that women may enjoy this connection as well, with one study indicating greater sexual desire and ease of orgasm with regular physical activity in women. For men, there appear to be two sexual benefits for regular exercise: exercise is linked to higher sexual satisfaction, and, perhaps more importantly, exercise helps improve sexual functioning.
